Paint Protection Film (PPF)
What is Paint Protective Film or PFF?
What is PPF?
Paint Protection Film (PPF) or Clear Bra dates back to wartime. During the Vietnam War mechanics in the military would use PPF made by 3M to coat helicopter rotor blades. The PPF would protect the blades from destructive materials encountered on missions giving the blades more durability during missions.
Why use PPF?
PPF is specifically designed to protect painted surfaces from abrasions, corrosion, chemicals, and other types of physical damage. PPF produces an enhanced finish, heals minor scratches, and has high temp resistance.
What PPF Does WrapWright Use?
At WrapWright we use KAVACA® Paint Protection Film developed by internationally renowned Ceramic Pro manufacturers NanoShine LTD. This formula of PPF is a performance aliphatic polyurethane film. Ceramic Pro offers a Lifetime Warranty on all PPF installations.
